"The room smelled like a cig butt. Mold in bathroom. I asked for extra towels and sheets never received then asked for my room to be cleaned and it was ignored. I asked again and the housekeeper literally just made the bed! Didn't change the sheets after us being there for 3 days! The manager yelled at me barely spoke English and then hung up on me! Horrible experience will never go back again!!"

The pool was closed for two days if not three. For breakfast employees were bickering at each other over who was the one responsible for ordering the missing items, very unprofessional. This was not the experience; I was hoping to have in these hotels. "
