"Peaceful and amazing stay!!!"

"I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I arrived around 6 PM and almost everything was already closed, which was frustrating after a long day of traveling. The gift shop was supposed to open the next day, but it never did, leaving guests with no place to even grab basic necessities. The food was honestly terrible and the menu options were extremely limited. On top of that, most of the staff outside of the front desk were not helpful or welcoming at all. The front desk employees were the only positive part of the experience. What shocked me most was that I couldn’t even get a simple glass of water at the resort. There was no water provided in the room, and I actually had to leave the property just to buy water elsewhere. For a resort, that level of service is unacceptable. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or price, and I would not stay here again."

"The property was in an ideal location for us, we know the area well. It was quiet and peaceful, which is what we wanted. Nice pool, and comfy beds. The property has had some upgrades, but could do with quite a bit of refurbishment and maintenance. Leak in the bathroom, the living room sofas were filthy, they were in need of a good wash. Pool lights weren't working, and a few other issues. The manager Gillian was very responsive and she dealth with any issues promptly. The pool was the best part of the house in our opinion. "
