Everyone at Hotel Polaris was super nice, and welcoming. Anything we needed they made sure we got what it was. The rooms are super nice, and housekeeping was super thorough and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurants were fantastic, and there were many to choose from. The only thing I am disappointed about is that there are not multiple locations. I would stay here a million more times.

Breakfast was amazing. Omelets available every morning. Full breakfast for hot and cold options.
Hotel had a lot of character and it was what we needed, a place to sleep for our adventures. Close to many of the sights people want to see like Garden of the Gods, Piles Peak, Manitou Springs, Cheyenne Zoo, and Seven Falls.
The hotel was short staffed, but they did what they could.
The only thing I would recommend for the hotel to update were their food options for dinner. They have a restaurant/bar, but a majority of the food options were not available.
Staff was very friendly and they did what they could to make it a great stay.
