"The property was outstanding and exactly as advertised. The appliances are new and it worked perfectly for our family. There’s plenty of dining and congregating space for families and friends. "The house works great for our four wheeling group. Clean showers, enough bathroom space, private bedrooms. And other properties right by for our bigger group. The fire pit is nice. Being next to the restaurant and tiki bar is a bonus. Close the trials for riding!"

"Lazy bear was extremely clean, quiet and just the right size. We were blown away with the amount of extras that were supplied by the host in and outside of the cabin. Classic cabin feel and look! Easy access to the trail system. Lazy Bear will be our first pick when we’re in the area again. The host was very prompt and we thank you for all of the amenities you provide for your guests!"
