"Staff was very friendly and pa large deal with arcade was super helpful! Kids loved the climbing, mini bowling, 4D movies and games. I only gave it a 4 star instead of 5 because the room wasn’t very clean and the prices for food in the restaurants that were open (only a couple) were expensive. I did appreciate going mid week though because it wasn’t crowded. Great get away with two kids ages 9 and 11."

"We showed up at 0030 am and were greeted by Valarie ready to get us checked in. All of the staff was very kind and helpful most of all super accommodating. Making sure everyone’s stay is the best possible. Amazing architecture through out the spa hotel. First time i have ever stayed somewhere that was so relaxing just by the vibe when going into the spa hotel and having a conversation with the staff. We will always stay here when in the area rather on buissness or vacation. Thank you all, even though we were in town to work long days we enjoyed the stay and company of all tge staff.
