It’s 3 min walk from Kurhaus Tramstop with tram 1 9 10, great connection. Nearness from Tramstop is important as we have to drag our suitcases on uneven pavement. Great price/quality. The friendly price with cleanness and privacy and easy access (public transport) is very good. Next time I\d need to stay in The Hague, I would like to book this hotel.

Great stay right by the beach!

What really cool efficiency hotel and super great locale so very close to the beach! Room was almost complete ergonomic perfection. The bed was super comfy too. The only hiccup was the lockers to store stuff pre-check-in wasn’t able to be unlocked via their app or the QR code— so that required the help of the friendly staff person on duty. I don’t know what we would have done if it was beyond the limited hours (1100 to 1700) when a human is there.

No frills but great price to quality ratio!

Centrally located, near Kurhaus a self service hotel which js very comfortable. Had the room with window, all rooms on the ground floor and very cozy and ergonomic. Never felt to small although it was not a large room. The rooms don't get cleaned every day but that was not a problem for me as I just needed a hub. Bed was nice and AC worked very well.

Great staying, this is my second time at Fox hotel. The only thing i didnt like is i got the email with my room number same day as my check in day. I didnt have internet outside my home country Denmark so i had deficulties checking in when i arrived because no internet means no receving new emails. But i called your Support line and her i got great help from the staff. Thank you very much with your patient:) best regards.

On weekends, there were so much noise in the hallways and coming from other rooms, people talking loadly for long times, laughing and etc. even at 2-3 am, which made sleeping really difficult.

The Fire Alarm went of on three occasions during the night. Guests spilled out onto the street and the hotel had no staff on duty. The management of evacuation was terrible with many guests confused. Staff arrived from the RAMADA Hotel ,a sister hotel, however, none wore high viz jackets or gave guests any clear instructions. It was a chaotic situation. This occurred 3 times. Guests started checking google and found the Fox hotel had problems in the past. The management at one stage blamed their fire alarm company for the second and third alarms saying the equipment reset done remotely triggered the problem. No alarm engineers came to the hotel and no local emergency fire services attended. It was very badly managed. The Ramada hotel management refused any requests for swapping guests to their hotel. The Hotel fire systems have failed before and this was not known when we booked up. If you value your life and safety in an emergency this hotel is not for you. In addition to poor safety systems, the hotel walls are thin and its noisy. The corridors are more like a youth hostel. Rooms look good and bed comfortable but who wants to go to sleep in a building with no staff to be available in an Emergency?

Schöne Zimmer in Guter Lage, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Betten für erholsamen Schlaf. Straßenbahn Haltestelle Kurhaus nur wenige Meter entfernt die einen ins Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof von Den Haag bringen. Der Strand ist auch nur wenige Min entfernt. Sonst Einkaufs und Essenversorgung ist auch gesichert.
