The front desk ladies were so kind and helpful, and the valet attendants were amazing too. The room was so clean, I really could not recommend a better place to stay in Nashville!

This was a great hotel! Receptionist was very friendly at check-in. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom and it was basically an apartment. Too bad we weren't staying longer. The only negative that we found was the shower water pressure is bad. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!

My room was bare bones. No iron (I was there for a business trip and had dress clothes). Broken doorknob, no TV the entire time. Office wasn't open for check out when I had to leave, but they did email me a receipt. Room was clean and had what I needed otherwise. Probably not meant for a business traveler.
