It is not appropriate or professional for staff to come to the table, ask for my room number, leave to check whether drinks are included, and then return to say they are not included. If drinks are not included in my room package, this should be clearly explained before taking the order. Coming back to the table after checking makes the guest feel uncomfortable and embarrassed, especially in a restaurant environment. To make matters worse, at the end I was charged $22 for two colas, which is an extremely unreasonable price and far above normal standards. This experience does not reflect the level of service expected from a hotel of this category.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Address Beach Resort. The room was immaculately clean—honestly one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed at. The entire hotel was spotless from top to bottom, and housekeeping did an exceptional job every single day. Our room was cleaned thoroughly and meticulously daily, with so much attention to detail. What truly made our stay extra special was how thoughtful the staff was with our kids—they left little gifts and surprises for them every day, which completely made their trip and ours. It was such a sweet and memorable touch. The cleanliness, care, and level of service were outstanding. You can truly tell this hotel takes pride in maintaining the highest standards. We felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of the entire stay. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this resort to families and anyone looking for a luxury, stress-free stay in Dubai.
