"Could not get back door opened ,, it is completely jammed. Had to replace batteries in air cons as they where completely flat. Most houses have tea and coffee there for the guest when they first arrive, but no had to go to the supermarket as soon as I got there"

"The property is beautiful, but we were disappointed by the heavily advertised spa, which didn’t work during our stay. The listing mentioned the malfunction, but it wasn’t clear enough, four of us missed that in the description. Without a working spa the price felt high for just four guests. I recommend removing the spa photo from the listing or making its non-working status very obvious in the description."
