Starting with the staff, what a wonderful person checking us in. She was smart, friendly, and remembered us from our last visit. Check in was fast, and we where given a wifi password. She explained the new breakfast time and service. They make everything to order now. The room was as always, clean and the heater was turned on so the room was cozy. As an early riser, the loby had fresh hot coffee and tea available. The friendly staff member offered an early breakfast if i wanted it now. Great location, staff, and all around experience. Definitely my favorite hotel in The Dalles

Wonderful staff and facility! Very comfortable beds, clean and pleasant room with a spectacular view of the Columbia River, The Dalles dam and Mt Hood. A beautiful venue for weddings as well, which is why we stayed there. Will definitely stay again!

Well kept motel on a hill above the Columbia River. Motel staff was great, room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Breakfast was decent and breakfast room has a beautiful view. Four stars because of the freeway noise.

The customer service at check-in and breakfast was excellent. Convenient to downtown restaurants. This is an older hotel, refurbished. We discovered a disabled fire alarm in our room (battery out, wires hanging down.)

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. The desk clerk opened the kitchen and made us pizza and drinks, both of which were surprisingly good.
