"The Positives include: (beautiful view, solid kitchen, nice seating area, master bedroom very spacious, owners communications effective and pleasant) Negatives (you don't really control the thermostat, while you are there. You can set it, but than it reverts back hours later. You need to give control to the occupants. In addition, one shared bathroom/shower for everyone was annoying. If we had more occupants with us that would have been worse than it was. Its my fault for not noticing it when renting, but I don't think that would have prevented us from booking as the view is very worth it.) Overall very nice stay! "

"A nice getaway while visiting with family. Our dogs loved the fenced in yard and we liked the fire pit and hot tub. I enjoyed walking everyday to the beach shops and restaurants. our host Dave has excellent communication when you need to contact. You won't be disappointed as house is fully renovated and stocked with everything you could possibly need. "
