"Breakfast was freshly cooked to order. It was very good. The bread was very disappointing, basic sliced white or brown only. Staff very helpful and well trained in bar and restaurant. Evening meal very tasty. Superior room with sea view was lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the window watching the waves on a very windy day. Bed very comfy, bathroom excellent, shower and bath and spacious. "

"We had a lovely holiday. This bungalow is well designed for a family, with the main rooms being separated from the sleeping area allowing the older folk to use the tv without disturbing youngsters sleeping. It's a little dated and could do with a dishwasher and needs wariness driving out of the drive. The view onto the river is great with always something new to watch. There are a couple of pubs close by and the lovely Poppet Sands just a short drive away and great crabbing from the jetty a couple of hundred yards from the house. All in all somewhere we would happily return to."
