Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive. The description stated the apartment had two queen beds and double bed, but upon arrival we discovered there was only one queen bed and a bunk bed, forcing two adults to sleep in bunk beds which was completely unacceptable for what we booked and paid for. The condition of the apartment was also very disappointing. The shower door would not stay closed while showering and continuously slid...

It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities.
