"The room was clean, no complaints there. Staff was very nice from check in to check out. Booked a beach view room with balcony or patio, was in room on ground floor so patio with access to pool.. beach view was nice. Parking limited but hotel offers additional options, this is going to be an issue at most hotels or motels in Daytona area so it was expected and not an issue. Only “problem” was guests directly above our room was stomping around (either children or parents chasing after children) - woke me up at 7am and after patiently awaiting them to leave or stop for an hour, called front desk who was very nice and noise stopped. I have never complained but it was extremely excessive - overall was happy with how it was handled. Have stayed here once before and would stay again. "

"Room was great. Kitchen was well equipped. Laundry in room was a bonus for multiple night stay. Right on the beach, great neighborhood. Great pool and amenities on site. Beach was great too. Lots of activities also throughout the week run by the resort. Kids loved it. Will be back for sure. "

"This place was fully equipped for a vacation. The view was amazing—I would even say priceless. The space was very cozy and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook a full meal. They provided forks, plates, pots, and pans—you just have to bring your own food. The bed was comfortable as well. The only thing that could use improvement is the living room furniture. The couch feels outdated and could use an upgrade. Aside from that, everything else was very nice. The staff was very friendly—definitely an experience I won’t forget."

"Older hotel but is clean and the employees are constantly workin on keeping maintenance. Ocean view is beautiful and relaxing from rooms. "

"The breakfast was only muffins & coffee. The kitchen utensils were not to my liking. Everything stick to the pans the silverware was dirty. The toilet stopped working but they fixed it but left water on"

"We LOVED this space! Great balcony for watching the waves, easy to walk out on the beach - no roads to cross! This unit had everything we needed and extras as well! Great tv channels, Alexa provided music, and we were very comfortable! The owners were great with directions and suggestions!"

"Beach view was incredible. It was unobstructed and gorgeous. Great, easy access to the beach. Outdoor pool was heated to perfection. Loved that the putt putt golf was included (a really nice little course). The room served it's purpose, and while the kitchen is small- it is stocked with all the items you need.
