"There was a live water bug in my bathroom. The renovations looked a bit unfinished i.e. seams, paint, windows. The lock on the door was loose. The beds were fresh and comfortable. The ice machines aren't on every floor. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast was disappointing; bagels, cereal cups and fruit juice. The furniture was nice and modern. Checking in and out was seamless. The location is excellent. Overall my stay was not what I'm used to."

"Breakfast was very good...lots of choices. Food/kitchen staff worked so hard keeping the food full and the tables/floors clean. Front desk staff were excellent. Free hot tea was a blessing...unfortunately I was a bit ill and it really helped my throat. "

"The property was very nice but the experience with the front desk and one of the bar tender was not the best. Put it this way, i will not be going back to the Hyatt in the national harbor. It started the minute i book the room, i called to make sure that we got the with the river and ferris wheel. I was told i did, once we arrived to the hotel. The front desk lady was ruled and dry even after saying hello in spanish. She acted like she didnt hear me. After speaking to her again, than she responded to us in English. I ask her again if she spoke spanish and she yes. I really dont way people takes job like this, when customer services is a big thing. After all of that, we did not get the room that i had called to confirm. It was just a parcel room. We tread to give the hotel chance but then the bar tender. Right before taking our order, she apologized to us about not having a good memory. 10 minutes after giving us our drinks. She comes back giving us a second round. We thought she was giving free drinks so i ask her. Is this free, she saids no. Then she said, we order those drink. How can we order a another drink, when we hadn't taking a second zip from the first one. Then with an attitude she saids to us that she place order with just one bar tender when she was the one to give us our first order. The hotel is very clean but none of the matters if the services and the experience you got than everything else means nothing."

"The parking fee of $25 per day is excessive, in my opinion, as is the $25 "Destination Fee", plus the tax of $1.50 plus $3 for Destination Occupation Fee PER DAY, so adding it up, if you include parking, you're pay $29.50 extra EVERY DAY. You can recoup $25 by eating or drinking at the hotel. The food wasn't all that good, in my opinion. Some staff didn't seem very knowledgeable."

"Wyndham National Harbor was a very well kept. Clean, rooms/kitchens were stocked with everything we would need. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Great location at National Harbor on the Potomac River. Lots of attractions, restaurants, and shops there. The pier with the ferris wheel at the end lights up at night. MGM is just up the hill. The bike paths lead to other paths on the Maryland side, or you can cross the Wilson bridge on the path to the Virginia side. And, of course, DC is just down the road."

"Nice spacious and clean rooms. Great location by the water that is perfectly placed to be able to get anywhere in the area by foot and enjoy the local stores and restaurants! Great friendly staff that explained everything, were responsive to requests and provided good feedback to our questions about what to see and do!"
