"The staff was not accommodating. Something as simple as giving the WiFi information he was annoyed with giving. The bathroom or room was not clean, the bed was VERY uncomfortable and for a while before falling asleep we really felt like we were being bitten by bugs. But, I think it was just because of how dirty the room was we had a fear that there would be bed bugs as well. "

"Super accessible from CPH with clear signage. Self check in process was smooth with plenty of available terminals. Room was quite spacious and very quiet. Best sleep I had on the trip — will definitely stay here again if I have a layover in CPH."

Her desire to ensure that we had a great stay perfectly mirrored the care that has clearly gone into arranging and filling the space and we look forward to returning."
