"I was nervous when I saw 2 negative reviews post right before our stay- but it was fine! The property had clearly been cleaned prior to our stay. Nothing like what is mentioned in the two bad reviews. There were also a ton of extra towels, both bath and pool, and extra linens. The floor plan and pool space were perfect for hosting out of town guests for a graduation. It’s very spacious. I did have to reach out for check in/out instructions but the host was very responsive. We had one pool issue and they were super quick to provide us with instructions on who to contact. We are local so it wasn’t an issue for us to bring extra paper products after seeing mentioned in a previous review. "

"Clean and crisp feeling room, felt very spacious. Nice location in the Katy area. Did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but looked nice, seemed to be in working condition witch is nice as opposed to other properties that advertise them but are closed to never ending maintenance. This is a great option for Houston at a fair price."

"The hotel had informed everyone by placing a letter under the door that there was a problem with the hot water and there would be no hot water until the next day the day I was checking out. I was unable to use the hot tub because I didn’t feel like taking a cold bath the whole reason why I stayed there. After talking to the staff, I could not be refunded because I purchased my room via this app."

"This hotel has the name “Boutique” in it, but it is NOT! It’s more like a low end Days Inn. The night staff gave me a room after saying me reservation expired. It was almost midnight, as I’d had flight delays. I’d emailed and texted Hotels.com about my delay. The room smelled of marijuana and I was told there were no more rooms and offered a refund. I wasn’t in a place to find another hotel at midnight, but said I’d take the refund and check out at 9am. The sink counter was great along with the lighted mirror, and the staff was fine, but that’s it. Room needed paint, big dent in wooden bathrm door, shower curtain hanging off and the freeway noise was too loud to be able to sleep soundly. The breakfast didn’t start until 8am, I was first to arrive. They do not serve decaf! The basics were available, waffle, eggs, yogurt & fruit, but no decaf. There was no manager on site and the morning clerk barely spoke English, but enough to tell me to go to the other building and speak to another clerk. This clerk said I could only get a refund for the second night I cancelled but she could NOT give it, only a manager could and that would be Monday. Nothing went well at this place. It was cheap but I still didn’t get what I paid for."

"The house is described and pictured accurately. It is well located in a quiet neighborhood and is readily accessible to shopping, restaurants, and the freeways. The kitchen was large, the living room had plenty of seating, the pool table was fun. The beds had soft linens and were comfortable. Each bedroom had it's own walk-in closet and hangers. We were in town for a wedding and the steamer, ironer, and ironing board came in very handy. The washer and dryer worked well. We didn't use them but the house had lots of supplies for children. The owner responded readily to questions and requests. Our family of 4 was very comfortable in this VRBO."
