Two bedrooms are positioned on separate floors, each furnished with a large double bed, making the layout ideal for couples travelling together or small families. A sofa bed in the living area allows additional sleeping capacity. The open-plan living space connects seamlessly with the outdoor terrace, enhancing the sense of space and indoor-outdoor flow.



The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, kitchenware, dining table and a Nespresso coffee machine alongside tea-making facilities, ensuring leisurely breakfasts and easy self-catering. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, bathrobes, slippers, toiletries and a hairdryer, while air conditioning, soundproofing, a flat-screen TV, minibar, safety deposit box and high-quality linens enhance everyday comfort. A private entrance and soundproofed construction ensure discretion and tranquillity throughout your stay.
