"Staff and service was excellent. From bell boys to kitchen staff and front desk clerk are very helpful and care making us feel very important. Front desk were very accommodating and help us change room as we were not happy with our first room. We had number of issues with our room and after calling front desk ,problem gets fixed within minutes. Massage therapists were very skillful, I had one of the best massage there. We were very surprised the hotel gave us a complimentary limousine ride...

"We really enjoyed our stay here at the Ibis! The staff where lovely very accommodating to us. We travelled with small children under 5, pool was excellent with kids area. Buffet breakfast was good. There is a little air conditioned playground area for kids next to dining room. The family room was spacious and clean. The view from the room was stunning, except there was road works across the way - you can walk further to go to the beach. Or explore Vang Tàu, taxi easy to access. "

"The hotel was very nice, the breakfast buffet and pool were excellent. But the whole area around the hotel is under some serious construction and looks like it will be for awhile. If I would have known I would have stayed elsewhere. The construction noise started around 5am with someone yelling through a PA system, the view of the beach from the balcony was obscured, and the walkways to the beach itself (across the street) were full of rubble and caution tape.
