Had a great stay at this lovely hotel just a short walk to the lake in the old quarter. The staff are all so very nice and helpful couldn't ask for more . Would highly recommend

Hotel was lovely and the facilities were great, the staff were extremely helpful sorting Sims and taxis etc. within easy walking distance of the train street and old quarter and equally as easy to access the museums and other attractions. The restaurant is good but more expensive than you would generally pay in Hanoi and the sky bar make nice cocktails and have nice beer on tap. All around great experience.
