"Just got back from Kooncharaburi Resort Koh Chang and wow… what an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff were super friendly, helpful and made check-in so easy. The whole place feels green and peaceful, surrounded by trees and right by the sea. Perfect spot if you just want to chill, relax, and escape the city noise. "The breakfast is very good, the entertainment at night on the beach is fun and family friendly, the rooms were very nice and the staff were lovely. The housekeeping was a little slack though, not replenishing snack bar items and not leaving all the towels on some days. It caused some confusion when we checked out and it was not necessary. Otherwise we wlreally enjoyed our stay at The Splash."
