I was disappointed that there was only Sky Sport available and no movies, also only limited TV channels. If you wanted anything else, you had to enter you own email and passwords on things like Netflix. Very poor.

I explained to this guest the reason for the for no sky movies, it would cost an extra 100 per room per night..Same for netflix etc
It is on the corner of main roads, very noisy, didn’t sleep well.

Like many motels we are on a main road. All our advertising says we are on a state highway People need to read addresses more carefully and if they are unable to take any noise they need to either use earplugs or book elsewhere
very seldom do we get complaints about noise.
Warm friendly helpful and great upgrades they do everything for their customers

The general traffic noise was very disturbing, adding to this was the constant arguing and comings and goings of the neighbors throughout the early morning (2-4am)

We do advertise that we are one a State Highway.
If you were being disturbed by other guests. you should have let us know so we could intervene
We stayed there 7 years ago and booked it again this year. Same owners and they provided great service. Comfy bed and great pillows. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our 2 meals during our stay.

Comfortable room and very friendly staff - although hairs in bath and bathroom floor along with dirty carpet not good!
I expected more the price.There were no bath mats until the 3rd day, the rubbish bins weren't emptied. The milk jug wasn't covered. Asked for wifi but know password given.
We use the motel as our base while visiting Thames and surrounding area. It was a great place to rest and relax after a busy day of activities. The motel room was alway clean and tidy when we returned in the evenings.
Too our surprise a night time visitor hopped through the window and made a comfortable nest on our bed. Our visitor was Simba the Motel cat which pleased us thoroughly because we are cat people. He didn't return again but that was a special touch to our visit.
Having the fan in the room was a plus because the nights when we visited were hot and muggy.
Thank you so much for the excellent service it was much appreciated.
We were pleasently surprised by the size of the room. The bed was comfortable and the heater worked well on a very cold night . The manager was very kind and accomodating. We would definitely stay there again. We had a delicious dinner at Gastronomics in Pollen Street.
