Second time staying there, looking forward to our third

The good: Location, location, location: close to Victoria train station, major attractions, shopping, restaurants, and Chinatown. Decent breakfast a definite plus. Clean. The not so good: Tight Bathroom even for one person, forget two people in there. Very weak shower water pressure made bathing a challenge. Fairly hard mattress. No room service. No ice machine Narrow corridors with cleaning carts making walking single file.

Very beautiful hotel near many of the popular London sites. Hope to return.

The staff were excellent and were always available and the cleanliness was first class. The room was quite a good size and the bed super comfortable . The modern bathroom and shower were great and the breakfast was beautiful.

My favorite hotel in London. since 1963 The Staff are always accommodating and this year, they even celebrated my birthday. Breakfast is not only traditionally English but magnifically displayed. No request to big, they happily serve. M&S and Victoria Station right out their back door. The Mews and Palace just an easy walk with shops and restaurants to temp any purse or palate.
