We had such a wonderful experience staying in Hanoi at this location. Ruby and her staff are so kind and helped us make our stay even more special. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and take care of us during our two nights in Hanoi. Thank you Ruby, we loved all of the places you recommended for food and coffee.

The communication was excellent. We were greeted by Ty who gave us an amazing welcome and we got our room upgraded. We had dinner at the rooftop restaurant and the waiter was the best and food was delicious.
When we left Lily was very pleasant so we are coming back for sure
