Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.

The pool area has some tiles that are slippery when wet—dangerous choice of flooring. From the pool, the door to go to the bathrooms is locked so you have to walk all the way around ...

The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a convenient location close to town centre and river. Reception kindly helped me book a cheaper transfer to Hanoi than I was able to find online. Rooms were turned down each day with fresh water provided.
