Agree that it's a little dated but the room was clean and large. Balcony was fine but wouldn't bother next time as the roof top swimming pool area was great. Wonderful views, drinks available and nice and cool up there. Breakfast was a mix of food (western and Vietnamese) but plentiful and fine. Location was good - 6 minute walk from Burning Monk Statue (Thich Quang Duc) and then on to Independence palace etc. Great beer bar round the corner - try the hard lemonade 😉

Too big. Such a long wait to check in/out. Too many people at the pool. Others may love it. But, I prefer smaller hotels, with a more personal touch. I did not like the decor. Wall to wall carpet..
