I booked a family room with a large window and we given a room with almost no window so we requested another room which we got but the room was very small. Not enough space for 3 people with 3 suitcases.
Breakfast was good.
Staff were amazing!

Really nice hotel, had some refurbishment going on but the hotel staff were excellent. We were looked after really well . It’s in a great location and walking distance to train street which was about 10mins. Would definitely stay here again

The welcoming staff tries too hard. They come across as pushy and robotic rather than genuinely nice.
Upon checkout, they beg for positive reviews almost in desperation.
The hotel itself is fine, although our room had no window, which was strange. It did have access to a light well that provided a glimpse of the sky, but the lack of an actual window made it feel more like a prison cell than an upscale hotel room.
Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

"Very rural setting for a quiet relaxing stay. A beautiful family with two lovely dogs for company. It is roughing it a bit, but it adds to the charm and all amenities are there including on demand hot water and WiFi. Shared a fantastic meal freshly prepared for dinner."

Amazing Stay
"Super welcoming host and family. The beds are big and the dorm isn’t crowded all. Surprisingly a soft mattress which is hard to find in Vietnam. The highlight was the family dinner with the host. He had his family, friends and three guests for a large dinner. Amazing food and local rice wine."
