"Beautifully renovated 100 year old building, located in Oak Cliff near the Bishop Arts District. The staff were very hospitable offering good refreshments and other amenities."

"The master bedroom, bed was comfortable with nice sheets. Nice big backyard. The house could use a refresh and it was a little dirty I.e carpets could use a deep clean, the common area couches all had dog stains on them. Great location otherwise. "

"LOTS of codes to keep track of -- for the building, for your room, for the pool. We arrived early and were grateful to have our code updated so we could access our room (it did take a few tries). No staff onsite except for a housekeeper, so it all felt pretty impersonal. Our room had a mildewy smell and after an overnight thunderstorm there was water collecting on the windowsill -- the property manager did assure me they would address that immediately."

"The house was an amazing step back in time to the days of stately manors. Very comfortable, very clean, and it had everything we need for a stay with 5 adults. "

"Parking was very easy and safe. The home was not very clean and just seems like maybe it's been neglected (gobs of hair in dryer and on the nightstand, dirty dusty vents, stained and unvacuumed rugs, overflowing mailbox). Although the pictures online are actually pretty accurate, and I didn't expect the place to be like the Ritz, a good cleaning and repairs of very minor issues would go a long way in making this place nicer. The host was the most unpleasant part of my stay. If you rent this property, PRAY you don't have any issues. Shawn was very rude and condescending. His colleague Chrissy though, was delightful!! She's the only reason I didn't cancel my stay after dealing with Shawn.Also be aware, the keypad does not light up every time. I have a video of me trying to get it to work, but I can't upload it here. The video is of me hitting the keypad numerous times with nothing happening."
