"Maria has a very nice home. Her little dog Max is so sweet and well behaved. Her home is very clean and well maintained. Clean sheets and towels. The neighborhood is very safe feeling. I traveled alone for an appointment in Texarkana. I felt very safe staying here. I just needed a night. I got off work at 6 and drove my hour and 45 minutes. I arrived at 8pm. "Raul introduced himself to me right away and gave me his contact info in case we needed anything during our stay. Our Techs checked in and (as it was freezing winter in TX at the time) They requested additional space heaters. I contacted Raul and he was out to the property that day to take care of our requests. Our group was very happy with Raul and his quick and helpful response. The house was perfect for our group of 5 who required individual bedrooms and bathrooms. I can see this property...

"Property was nice and clean. Kitchen was fine. TV had a lot of channels to pick from. Location was good. Several stores just a few minutes away. My two critiques are the smell of cigarette smoke. It is not heavy, and you get used to it fairly quickly, but it is noticeable. The other is the electrical plugs in the bathrooms do not work."
