Matthew was very friendly, helpful, and always easy to reach whenever we had a question. The accommodation was perfect: very clean, exactly as shown in the photos, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One thing that really stood out was the exceptional service. One of the outdoor umbrellas was damaged by the wind, and in less than 30 minutes Matthew arrived with a brand-new replacement. That level of responsiveness and care is definitely not something you experience every day, and we really appreciated it. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to stay.
