Beautiful villa "Marita", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Moraira, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool kidney shaped, with privacy (5 x 10 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.4 km, bar 500 m, bus stop "Moraira" 4.3 km, railway station "Teulada" 6.1 km, ferry "Denia" 26.5 km, sandy beach "Playa L'Ampolla" 3 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

On the lower ground floor: (exterior staircase), 1 room with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and fan. Exit to the garden. Large terrace roofed.
