Apartment comprising entrance hall, living room with kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living room is equipped with 1 sitting room which through a large window leads to a panoramic veranda with table and chairs from which you can admire the village and the mountains, the dining area with table and chairs and separated from the kitchenette by a granite peninsula with base with sink and gas stove, fridge, electric oven and wall units complete with all utensils connected via a glass door to a veranda with barbeque, drying rack etc. A xl double bedroom, wardrobe bedside tables, chest of drawers, chairs, and a bedroom with 2 single beds that can be joined together, with bedside tables, wardrobe, an armchair and behind the door a bed cabinet for any needs. The complete bathroom with shower. The whole apartment is air conditioned. There is an iron, hairdryer, tablecloths, tea towels and sheets on request. The 2 washing machines are located on the ground floor in the laundry area.

Appartement idéalement situé. Proche commerces du centre ville et restaurants. L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Entièrement climatisé mais à utiliser avec parcimonie à la demande du propriétaire.

VACANZE TEULATA 2019

Abbiamo affittato la mansarda due settimane per tre persone.Devo dire che la casa è davvero spaziosa, con 2 camere da letto, un bel soggiorno e due bei balconcini, gli arredi in sono un po vintage, ma per passarci le vacanze mare secondo me vanno benissimo. La casa non è vicinissima alle spiagge, bisogna sempre prendere la macchina ( come in tutta la sardegna, credo) e la zona, rispetto ad altre località sarde è un pò impervia, ma il mare ripaga di tutte le fatiche, in quella zona è divino!!!! Per la nostra esperienza consigliamo sicuramente l'appartamento/mansarda. Abbiamo passato una bella vacanza.

Un très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec nos 3 enfants chez Antonio et Rosalba qui sont très gentils et serviables. La maison est fonctionnelle et bien entretenue. Proche des magasins d'alimentation, pharmacie, banque etc ... Proche aussi du centre ville avec ses restaurants, ses bars. Les premières plages sont à 10 mn en voiture. La ville de Teulada est dynamique et des animations sont proposées tous les soirs sur juillet et aout. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Merci encore à Antonio et Rosalba pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

L'appartamento è molto grande e confortevole. È dotato anche di aria condizionata. La cucina e le camere sono attrezzate di tutto. La posizione è ottimale sia per poter raggiungere le diverse spiagge della zona e sia per poter raggiungere i negozi di Teulada.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen wunderbaren Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist schön hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hat zwei Balkone mit einem phantastischen Ausblick auf den Berg "Sa Tanca Manna". Wir haben den morgendlichen Ausblick beim Frühstück sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt zentral, sodass Restaurants ,Supermärkte und der Wochenmarkt zu Fuß gut zu erreichen sind. Die Vermieter Rosalba und Antonio sind sehr freundlich und wir haben uns hier direkt sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank dafür. Wir freuen uns schon aujf den nächsten Aufenthalt hier.

Casa vacanza perfetta!

La casa vacanza perfetta. La casa è molto curata spaziosa luminosa e pulitissima.Le camere sono grande ,la cucina e la sala "open space" abbiamo trovato molto comodo .Ci sono 2 terrazze abbastanza grande anche per cenare fuori. La location è molto centrale ,si raggiunge il centro paese a piedi dove trovate tanti bar ristorante supermercati.Pocho distante delle spiaggie più belle della Sardegne. Volevo ringraziare Antonio e Rosalba ,spero di tornare a passare un altro fantastico vacanza a Teulada a vostro appartamento!

Casa perfetta, molto pulita e con tutti i comfort per una famiglia come la nostra di 5 persone. La mansarda corrisponde completamente alla descrizione e alle foto. Bellissimo e molto comodo il terrazzo per consumare i pasti all'aperto grazie all'ottima esposizione (mattina in ombra e sera col tramonto!). Buona la posizione per raggiungere le spiagge bellissime della zona e per fare turismo (Nora, Carbonia, Sant'Antioco, grotte Is Zuddas...). Ben servito da negozi pur essendo in una posizione molto tranquilla. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e molto disponibili. Consigliato!!!

Vacanze come te le aspetti

Cercavamo un posto accogliente e tranquillo e un mare speciale. Abbiamo trovato tutto questo a Teulada, a casa di Rosalba e Antonio, cordialissimi e disponibilissimi, ai quali mandiamo un caro saluto. Da lì abbiamo potuto godere di spiagge bellissime: La Tuaredda, Porto Tramazzu, Porto Pino, Le Dune e Chia.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa mansarda nella prima metà di luglio. Ci siamo tornati per la terza volta e siamo sempre stati molto soddisfatti della sistemazione! C'è tutto ciò che serve, dall'aria condizionata al barbecue in terrazza. La casa è vicina ad un negozio di alimentari, con bar ed edicola. Favolose le spiagge raggiungibili a 10 /15 minuti di macchina (gli Americani, Porto Tramatzu, Is Arenas Biancas), in mezz'ora si arriva anche a Tueredda e a Chia. Diversi i ristoranti in zona: i proprietari, gentilissimi, vi daranno volentieri indicazioni! Decisamente consigliato.

Casa spaziosa e tranquilla

Ho soggiornato qui nel mese di giugno. La casa era pulita, c'era tutto l'occorrente per cucinare. Il posto era silenzioso e vicino ai negozi. Posizione strategica per raggiungere facilmente le spiagge. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e cortesi. Consigliato.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre famiglie quest'estate e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La casa è in una zona tranquilla ma anche vicino alle comodità (Centro, pasticcerie, farmacia, supermarket, pizzerie/ristoranti, pista da corsa). Ci sono tutti i comfort a parte la wi-fi che forse è l'unica pecca per trovare il pelo nell'uovo. Gli spazi sono molto ampi e i proprietari sempre disponibili e attenti alle nostre esigenze. Insomma CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Mansarda fresca,silenziosa e rilassante

Accurata la descrizione dell'appartamento molto ben tenuto e perfetto per 4 persone;molto carini e premurosi i proprietari sempre disponibili. Ideale per chi ha voglia di avere una mansarda fresca con terrazza,ottima e rilassante vista sul paese molto attrezzato in una zona piena di spiagge una più bella dell'altra.
