Private: property, well-kept garden 800 m2 (fenced), swimming pool kidney shaped (4 x 8 m, depth 120 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: WiFi. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach 1.4 km. Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
