El Olivo - By Almarina Villas

Villa el Olivo (Moraira) is a modern and comfortable villa with beautiful Mediterranean-style decor, a large sun terrace with hammocks, a wonderful pool, and a barbecue area. Its location is incredible, less than 300 meters (a 4-minute walk) from the sandy beach of Les Platgetes and several of the Costa Blanca's most charming restaurants. Services such as a pharmacy, bakery, and takeaway food stores are also nearby. Your pet is welcome at this villa (€55 fee).

- moraira, charming village with all its services.

Distribution:
the villa, has only one floor. There is a living-dining room with large windows to give easy access to the terrace and the private swimming pool. The living room has an open plan kitchen with all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a perfect stay. Through a corridor we access to 3 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has a private bathroom with shower, and the other 2 share a complete bathroom with shower. On the same floor there is a laundry room and a toilet room for guests.

The exterior of the house has its own swimming pool with a large sunbathing, a very ample terrace with a table and chairs and an addiitonal area with a spacious barbeque area.

Inside the property there is space to park up to 3 cars.

all in all, a new modern and charming villa with a perfect location within walking distance to the beach, restaurants and amenities.
