"Die Höhenlage des Anwesen ist gut. In wenigen Minuten ist man bergab unkompliziert mit dem Auto an der Haupt-Küstenstrasse von Moraira. Leider hat man von der Terrasse nur einen eingeschränkten seitlichen Fernblick (ohne Meerblick). Die zusätzliche Terrasse auf der Garage im Nebengebäude haben wir nicht genutzt, da dies zu umständlich war. Das Ferienhaus präsentierte sich bei Übergabe wie beschrieben.
