- This large villa is an absolute EXCELLENT LOCATION in the beautiful and exclusive El Portet area of Moraira - 500m from the beach and 900m to Moraira village alongside one of the most beautiful pedestrian walks in the Mediterranean area. It's an easy walk to all the places you need to go during your holiday.

The very private villa has excellent views over the valley of El Portet and an extraordinary level of privacy because of its enormous big garden. 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and plenty of space around the house. The villa has several outdoor terraces, more than 400 m2 in total. There is a covered terrace next to the living room overlooking the pool and the valley or El Portet. Outside by the pool there are 6 sunbeds available.
The beach is only a few steps away which is very appealing in summer time as it is so easy to walk to the beach for a swim or a typical Spanish drink / meal at one of the several restaurants.
The house has ample portions with a large kitchen, Internet (Wi-Fi), HD TV, double glazing, air conditioning, washer, dryer, extra-large pool, nice big outside terraces and a BBQ.
The house is not rented to groups of young people.
