"Really enjoyable week at the villa, 2 families with teens. Lots of space, great facilities and an ideal location for walking into Moraira/ beach - some hills but nothing drastic. Area was quiet and felt very safe. "

"Nieves was extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. The house is clean and well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, As mentioned in a previous review, the downstairs tv only shows non English speaking channels and the Chromecast wouldn't work with it but the small bedroom tv was fine.Where the house wins out is the amazing location withing easy walking distance to both town and beach, probably only about 5/10 minute walk to both. There is a huge range of restaurants near by and a few supermarkets so if you don't want to explore the area you could easily manage without a car.We also loved the outside area, a very comfortable eating and relaxing space under shade, plenty of space for loungers and an excellent pool with floats etc. which the children loved. We will definitely be returning in the future."

"We absolutely loved our time at this villa. It was perfect in every way. The villa has everything you could possibly need and more. The pool area is amazing, air conditioning worked perfectly and was very quiet. Paz is an excellent host and made contact throughout our stay to ensure that we were ok. Situated a ten minute walk along the coast to Moraira. Can recommend Tasca 42 restaurant a 3 minute walk from villa. "

"We have just spent two lovely weeks at this villa, communications both before and during the holiday were great.I don’t think the pictures do it justice, the garden area, out door kitchen and pool area are a wonderful size and very well kept, you get a lovely breeze in the Naya and a super view down to the sea. Moraira is a beautiful town with some wonderful restaurants.The villa it’s self is lovely, just one small thing is you need to walk through one of the two bedrooms with ground floor pool access or you need to go upstairs to then come downstairs to get to the pool, ok if your with family, we were fine.Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms clean. Never really used the sitting room but it looked lovely.I would recommend the garden spray for the mosquitoes, there was 10 of us and only a few bites in two weeks which we’re probably from going out.Thank you to Tim and the boys for allowing us to share this wonderful place."
