"Great property in a fantastic location very close to beach and town. Property manager Nieve, was responsive and very professional. Any small issues were very quickly acted upon. Beds were very comfortable and bedding very well laundered."

"Apartment was clean and adequate for an accommodation point of view. Seating within the apartment was very poor for 5 person, the position of the TV made it impossible to watch. The internet was not secure something that customers would see as a necessity. The swimming pool was not really useable, shower at the pool had not been cleaned for ages."

"We had a wonderful stay at this villa for 10 nights in September 2023-idea for a family or a couple of couples! The villa is ideally located for local shops and cafes with a 10 mins walk to the main local town of Moraira with a wide variety of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops - while it's a good idea to hire a car to explore the local area you could stay here without one as more or less everything you need is in walking distance. The Villa itself is typically 'Spanish', simple in style, laid out over 3 floors with lots of space for socializing. The top floor is home to the two double bedrooms with the master being large and airy opening onto a balcony that looks out to sea. The balcony is a nice size and a great place to read a book with a cold glass of wine as the sun goes down. The 'middle' floor houses the main living area, small third bedroom, kitchen and opens onto a large balcony area where spent a lot of time in the evening. The lower floor has a bar and a small lounge area which opens out onto a covered outdoor lounge and dining area which is level with the good sized pool. The villa sits on a nice sized plot with covered parking for a car out the back which also houses the covered BBQ. To the front of the house is a large sized garden area with the pool in the middle of it. The villa has air conditioning in the main living areas and bedroom as well as ceiling fans, we found it most comfortable to sleep with the air-cond off and ceiling fan on. Recommended!"

"Lovely villa but you need a car as nothing within walking distance, unless you’re fit as very hilly. We had a car so it wasn’t a problem. A selection of Spanish and English restaurants. Lovely beach and a place to eat while you’re there if you so wish. Villa is spacious, nice pool and shady areas."

"Laura and Fernando are excellent hosts so friendly, communication was brilliant, they went out of there way to make our stay perfect. Would highly recommend there beautiful villa. "Positives: Great area View Nice Outdoor area Pool. Negatives: No pack containing information. Contacts etc: Poor welcome from property host. Late arriving. Sped round the villa whilst smoking a cigarette and told us all the things we could not do. Told if we broke the patio door it would cost 500 euros to repair. Shared toilet in main villa did not flush Numerous plug sockets did not work. a/c controller for one bedroom not working. Both rooms had to share. 1 electronic fob for main gates did not work. Inadvertently left both sets of keys for the lower apartment in in the apartment on first day. Texted twice for help and then phoned. No answer. Messaged owner. Phoned again. Host finally turned up and said he did not have a spare set of keys and he would have to get a locksmith. I said that I did not believe that he did not have a master or pass key. He left and said he would call to say what was happening. No call. Finally came with a key around 21:30. Said he had to drive to Valencia for keys. When he arrived for check out he said he would check the property. No feedback or opportunity to discuss or highlight problems. He left the property without speaking to us again. Our overall impression was one of disappointment."
