With 12 spacious bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, this modern holiday home is located in a quiet rural area, which guarantees privacy. The holiday home is reserved exclusively for your group - there are no other guests present. The accommodation is designed with flexibility in mind and meets various needs. Whether you want to relax with your loved ones or focus on a productive retreat with your team, this space offers a comfortable and functional environment. You can bring your own chef for custom meals or do you prefer to prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen? There are so many options (preferably no stone grill or gourmet). In addition, the building is ideal for care clients who live independently and are mobile, with support if necessary. For meetings and/or multi-day training courses, you can rent the “Meeting Factory DE VERGADERFABRIEK” exclusively per half day. This is a separate location and is located next to the Slaapfabriek. This innovative round building is the first 3D-printed meeting location in Europe. A security deposit of EUR 525,00 will be required closer to your check-in date. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services such as cleaning, service charges, consumption, damages or any additional charges incurred during stay. Any balance from the deposit will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
