Highly recommend to have car while staying. Not much in the hotel. Regular room. So simple The hotel overall fine. The receptionist was helpful specially Miss Nabila we checked out at 3 pm and they supposed to charge us 400 Dirhams for late checkout but s They didn’t so that’s a plus. They didn’t annoy us and they were nice.

The property was nice and on a quiet street. It was very clean, modern rooms. Very spacious and alot of closet space. Nice open balcony. I thought the space and quiet street made it unique to other places we’ve stayed at in Tetouan and around Morocco. The breakfast had minimal options, but it was included in the price. The price of the hotel for what you get is great. The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking. It’s in this gated area, and you get blocked in or you’re blocking someone else in. So if someone wants to get out you get woken up or called to come move your car.

Hôtel face a des poubelles ! Quel dommage

État général trop moyen pour avoir 3 étoiles. Terrain vague avec déchet en face de l hôtel. Parking dans la rue et la voiture de location a eu lieu un accrochage dans la nuit. Piscine ridicule. Ne correspond pas au standing de cabo negro. Mieux vaut aller ailleurs. Pas de ménage dans la chambre; Serviettes pas changées. Toute petite Poubelle dans les toilettes mais pas dans la chambre ( que fait on de nos déchets : faut il les jetter dans la rue ??tel est le cas juste en face de l’hôtel !). Finitions des chambres ultra bas de gamme. Pas de mouchoir à disposition dans la chambre. Serviettes de mauvaise qualité et apparement très anciennes. Sale de bain toute petite et douchette qui fuit.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel quelques jours. Et nous n'avons pas été satisfaits du tt. La chambre était sale. Le sol était sale, les rideaux sont sales, le frigo ne fonctionne pas il servait juste d'armoire, une fenêtre était cassé donc nous avons le vent qui souffle tout au long de la nuit juste a côté de notre tête, les toilettes bascules et ne sont meme pas correctement fixé au sol, salle de bain tres très très petite au point ou il est impossible de s'abaisser pour ramasser quelque chose, l'air conditionné faible donc il fait très chaud dans la pièce. Bref je ne recommande pas, tracez votre chemin si vous voulez passer un bon sejour. L'hôtel n'est pas du tout entretenu et c'est dommage. Pour les enfants les fenêtres sont assez basse donc c'est dangeureux surtout qu'on etait au 4e étage donc demande une surveillance en permanence. Tout au long du séjour, aucun nettoyage de la chambre n'a pas ete fait.

Tres5bon service, petites suggestions..

l'emplacement est très bien. les personnes à l'accueil sont gentilles et serviables. La suite était bien pour une petite famille de 4. Cependant, plein de points à améliorer. les murets du balcon ne sont pas du tout sécuritaires, trop bas et dangereux pour des enfants. il n'y a pas de sauveteur ou au moins une bouée de sauvetage au bord de la piscine. Finalement, le petit déjeuner commence un peu tard et on manque de protéines. C'est des suggestions que je propose pour améliorer l'expérience et non un maivais commentaire.

Im Vergleich eher kleines Hotel, netter Service

Wir waren außerhalb der Saison, wenig Gäste, freundlicher Service. Von der Lage OK aber Mietwagen ist sicher hilfreich. Bett eher hat, Poil trotz Geringer Auslastung theoretisch nutzbar. In der Umgebung liegen viele sehr große Hotelkomplexe, das Hotel hier ist eher kleiner (für uns positiv). Preis Leistung gut.
