"I am so happy with my stay here at this property, its the best! I have nothing negative to say about my stay,, its 5 star's vip the staff is friendly and informative they helped me with good details of activities for the Halloween stay,, if i needed anything staff would tell me to let them know, i love there customer service,.. i highly recommend staying here and i will definitely be staying here in the near future again all 3 of us are happy. "

"El hotel es realmente bonito, cuidando cada detalle, las habitaciones son acogedoras, la cama y almohadas muy cómodas y la limpieza es impecable.
La comida es muy rica y cuenta con platillos de la región.
nos encantaron todas la amenidades que ofrecen como una botella de vino espumoso, refrescos , botanas y el desayuno incluido, todo en la misma tarifa
el personal es muy amable y atento.
las vistas de hotel son espectaculares, la cascada le da un toque único.

"La habitación huele horrible a caño y es muy desagradable el aroma, las sábanas se encuentran ya muy machadas y hace bastante calor en las habitaciones no cuentan con aire acondicionado, los accesos son muy complicados hay muchas escaleras y no tienen rampas para todos los accesos, y la limpieza de la alberca no es la adecuada "
