Our stay was good enough for what we needed. The staff was fine, but we didn't interact that much. The bed was comfy, bit the pillows were WAY too soft. The staff was awesome and polite. The room was great too and I was lucky to have a room where I can look at the pool. I really enjoyed looking at the pool area at night with all the lights around the area and seating out there is nice too.
