"The place is very new and nice BUT it’s a small little town with nothing but I paid SGD 420 for it for a night! They can’t even extend check out for an hour . Not friendly at all. And the washing machine has no dryer too."

Good hotel central to sites and activities. We had a car which assisted. Free parking close by was good. Dinner and breakfast had a nice selection buffet style. Rooms were clean and tidy. Nice view of mountains. Would recommend a stay.

We booked the Nitai Deluxe Double which is a Queen size (2 king single?) very spacious.
Room is big and have its own onsen (wooden bath tub and can pump and fill the spa water) with a Forrest view.
The hotel also have public onsen and private family onsen. The private family onsen no extra cost, just first come first serve (there are 3 private family onsen, you can see which one was in use if its light is on) You can lock the private onsen which is very good and with nice view, and enjoy with...

We stayed at Hotel Gozensui during our stay at Hokkaido. The staff was very friendly and helpful and onsen was really beautiful and relaxing. We do recommend eating at the hotel as a lot of restaurants around the area close early (we were there March 2026). For breakfast there’s a little udon restaurant that we highly recommend.
