Villa Sole is a beautiful residence located in the Marina di Tertenia with views of the mountains, the beach of Foxi Murdegu and the famous Tower of San Giovanni.

At your disposal, two double bedrooms and a third with two bunk beds. In the living area you will find a lounge, a kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay and a dining table and TV. In addition, there are two bathrooms, both with shower cubicle and bidet. Outside, private parking, private barbecue area and a beautiful veranda with views of the countryside and the sea.

The nearest beach is Foxi Murdegu about 5 minutes by car.

The property is air-conditioned and there is free wi-fi.

Pets are allowed.

It is strongly recommended to visit the area by car or motorcycle because of the lack of public transport.

The Marina di Tertenia is perfect for families or couples who want to spend a relaxing holiday. The coast is characterized by a great variety of landscapes, from cliffs overlooking the sea, to beaches with pebbles, to coastal trekking trails. In the area there are two main beaches with fine sand and shallow waters: Foxi Manna and Foxi Murdegu. In the area you can find kiosks offering food service by the sea, restaurants, pizzerias and two supermarkets.

The main village of Tertenia is about 15 minutes by car and here you will find all other services such as ATM, petrol station, post office and further restaurants and supermarkets.
