Country House La giravolta - Quattro

La giravolta is the name of our country house in the Marche region in central Italy. Half an hour from the sea and half an hour from the mountains, perfect !. In this beautiful area we live we rent since September 2009 and since the spring of 2010, our holiday apartments.

Quattro is a three-room apartment in the construction (65m2). From the terrace you enter the spacious living room / kitchen. On this floor there is also a toilet. On the first floor are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Since September 2009 we are now living in this beautiful spot just outside the village of Barchi in Pesaro / Urbino in Le Marche. In 2007, we saw our house for the first time, dilapidated and overgrown, only used for years for the storage of agricultural machinery and seized by pigeons. It was the first house we toured. There were more but this place went not out of our minds. In June 2007 the house was ours, in October 2007 were the plans for the reconstruction of the buildings and the renovation of the main house ready. In July 2008 came the redeeming message already approved our plans and then finally began work. Just over a year it would take .... In April 2010 the work was done. The outbuildings are composed again, the house has been renovated and the pool is open.

Since 2010 we rent our apartments and we have many guests received since it opened and entertain.

Le Marche is not only a beautiful summer destination, also in autumn period when there are plenty of wine and truffle festivals and there can be lovely walk, and in the spring when nature awakens and the temperature is often very pleasant, it is this wonderful holiday celebrate!
