Nice and comfortable hotel located at walking distance from Terrassa downtown. Helpful and friendly staff at the lobby. Excellent attention and customer care in both the restaurant and bar. Strongly recommended.

Short Visit to Terrassa
The overall stay was okay. The garage is not connected directly to the hotel by elevator, and one must enter-exit externally . . . just a little unusual. Good breakfast.

We picked the better of the two hotels in Terrassa. The gym is good but you have to pay to use the jacuzzi. Pay to use the other only amenity at the hotel. The bar service is okay when you actually get service. Sometimes you waited 20-30 minutes to get service. Even longer to cash out. Almost every night the bar keeper left glasses on tables and the bar when they left. We saw trash on the back patio sit there for 2 days before anyone cleaned it up. I sum this up to being severely understaffed. Usually the bar attendant was either pulling double duty with banquets or the restaurant server . The a/c barely worked. The Don Candido burger is absolutely delicious.

Perfect spot for a cycling attempt at Montserrat
Terrassa is a town/suburb of Barcelona, I guess. The hotel is one of the nicest in town. By design, I thought that it was built in the 1970's. Instead it was built in the early '90's. Rooms are comfortable. Hotel restaurant is nice. So is the restaurant next door. We went there to cycle up Montserrat. Montserrat is very close by car. If you are an avid cyclist, it is a worthy challenge to cycle there from the hotel. You have two choices how to get there, either one large mountain or two smaller mountains followed by Montserrat and then the mountains on the way back. You will earn your dinner.

Really nice facility. Impressive lounge/bar area with its soaring ceilings. Quality room appointments, with the furnishings new and modern. Pretty spacious room as well, and comfortable bed. Good-sized bathroom. Pretty sumptuous breakfast buffet definitely worth the 14.5 Euros. Main recommendation would be to request a room that doesn't overlook the main boulevard. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice staff and comfortable room
The staff were pleasant and helpful. The interior of the hotel is very pleasant (if a little worn) and our room was spacious and comfortable. I was hoping for a few more features since it is labelled as a four star hotel, such as body lotion included with the toiletries, and more than one small complimentary bottle of water (since the tap water in this region is not the best). It would have been good if parking was not an additional cost, as it's quite impossible to find nearby street parking.

Nice hotel & rooms, but expensive breakfast. The bar service was so-so, waited for ever to get served. Surprisingly no body lotion...but complementary water in the room. Wall were not very well isolated, could hear neighbors and people in the corridor.

Leisure stay while visiting Montserrat
At first arrival, felt like we were far away from everything, and front desk was efficient but could not provide much information on area. We took a walk and discovered a main pedestrian area not too far away, with lots of restaurant choices. Hotel was bright, clean, with unique round design with center bar/lounge area. Breakfast at hotel was okay-good selection of fruits and breads, cheese and meats. There was a platter of fried eggs out, but they had been made earlier and sat out, so that was unappealing. We did a day trip to Montserrat which was really spectacular- hikes and views, plus the monastery.

Lovely hotel near to shops and train station

Good, but if driving, parking is difficult.
Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Main problem was parking. Found it very hard to find a space to park near the hotel. Had to park in a car park a few mins walk away were you have to pay which was annoying. The hotel supposedly has a car park, but apparently it was closed or something.

Short stay in Terrassa
Taxi from the airport cost 85 Euro. Very short business stay so only a short time available to explore but from this it seemed not very much in the area although a nice bar/restaurant was next door. The hotel itself was nice, good selection at breakfast and nice comfortable rooms - only down side was that no tea/coffee facilities in the room and gym did not open until 10am. Used this hotel for business in the area which was very convenient and I would recommend this hotel.

Comfortable old hotel with poor WiFI
Hotel staff was friendly, the location about 700m from the train station and about 45 minutes from Plaza Catalunia was good if you use public transport. I've reported 3 times that the WiFi in my room doesn't work - I was told that nobody else had a problem with WiFi :-) The 3rd time I was asked to log on a different WiFi network. It didn't work properly. Since I was on a business trip this was a major drawback.

La Terassa Trip March 2013
Lovely friendly hotel, tastefully decorated with good amenities. We stayed in La Terrassa to be close to an event we were attended. The hotel served us well and we were well taken care of. Hotel close to amenities, shops and most importantly the S1 train into Barcelona city.
