A clever conversion of a classic Tuscan barn, Treggiaia provides comfortable accommodation for a small family or couples. With a swimming pool directly in front of the house, a tennis court to one side and air-con in the bedrooms, this house has all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday. The train station at the bottom of the hill gives easy access to the famous historic art centres of Tuscany, like Florence and Arezzo.

Lovely location for exploring Florence and Tuscany
Property was in really nice condition when we arrived and the living space and pool even bigger than we imagined. Wonderful hosts and thoroughly recommended if you like a peaceful location with panoramic views of the Tuscan hills and vineyards.

Perfect house with pool and tennis court
The house is cozy, clean and well equipped. The pool, outdoor area and private tennis court are really big and amazing. The view is stunning!!! Host is very friendly and shared a list with great recommendations of restaurants and places to visit. The only improvement I can think of is to buy a dishwasher.

Just a perfect vacation
We have a great and relaxing time in this beautiful villa surrounded by beautiful countryside. The location is perfect for trips to Florence, Siena, Arezzo, etc. A nice walk in the Le Balze nature reserve is also recommended. Vriendelijke ontvangst hele lieve mensen, zeer gastvrij. Huis heeft een prachtig mooie ligging fijn groot zwembad. Erg schoon knus en als je buiten bent/zit heb je een prachtig uitzicht lijkt wel een ansichtkaart. Zeker een aanrader top verblijf
