The Bellavista Cat Houses

Le Gattaie Bellavista is a spacious and elegant 165-square-meter home located in Terranuova Bracciolini, nestled in the tranquility of the Tuscan countryside. Spanning two floors and surrounded by a fully fenced property, this home is the ideal choice for large families or groups of up to 8 guests seeking privacy, ample space, and relaxation in complete safety.

The interior spaces, which are both inviting and generously sized, are designed to offer maximum functionality during your stay. The living area includes a very large living room—ideal for spending time together—and a comfortable open-concept kitchen. The sleeping area features four spacious double bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning to ensure a cool and comfortable night’s sleep; a cot is also available for families with children. The house has a total of two bathrooms (one of which includes a washing machine).

The true highlight of the property is the large, private, fenced-in garden, perfect for those travelling with children or pets. Here you’ll find a private pool (open from May to September) with an adjoining patio, a barbecue area, and an outdoor space equipped for hosting lunches and dinners al fresco. The property also features convenient private on-site parking and gladly welcomes your four-legged friends (pets allowed for an additional fee).

Terranuova Bracciolini is located in the heart of the Upper Valdarno, a charming region characterised by the picturesque natural landscape of the Balze—the spectacular clay and sand formations also depicted by Leonardo da Vinci in his paintings.

The location is ideal for exploring the wonders of Tuscany: in no time at all, you can reach the renowned Chianti hills for food and wine tours among wineries and historic villages. Staying here also places you in a strategic location among the region’s major art cities: Arezzo is about a half-hour drive away, while Florence and Siena are easily accessible by car or train from nearby rail stations in the area.
