"Our third stay @ this hotel. The first was very good, the second so-so (at check out, the receptionist asked me to pay for the room, because the hotel didn’t receive the payment from Expedia), making us lose 15’). This time we were first offered a room next to the hotel, with a door which could not be locked. When we asked for another room, we were told the hotel was fully booked, which wasn’t the case. To have a shower, I had to wait a few minutes for the warm water. The internet connection was very slow. This is not a 4* hotel. "
