In Terlano, overlooking the Alps, this agritourism property offers two apartments; you’ll be staying in one of them. It’s 40 m² and suitable for two people, with a private outdoor area but a shared common space. The furnishings feature Italian design, and there’s a strong focus on sustainability, from solar power to KlimaHaus A certification.



The apartment features a living room, a fully equipped ArcLinea kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom with a king-size bed, a full bathroom, underfloor heating, and air conditioning. Amenities also include a smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine (available upon request).



The garden, complete with lounge chairs and a table, is at your disposal, as is the farm’s large grounds (shared with the other apartment). The property is wheelchair accessible and features free private parking, bike storage, an electric vehicle charging station, table tennis, and foosball. Bikes and e-bikes are available for rent upon request, with on-site delivery.



The center of Terlano, with shops, restaurants, a pharmacy, and the Terlan Winery, is within walking distance. There is a market in the square every Monday morning. The municipal swimming pool is 600 m away, the golf courses are 5 km away, and the swimming lakes of Caldaro and Monticolo are about 15 km away. Bolzano and Merano are 20–30 minutes away by car or bus, with a bus stop right in front of the property.
