"We were looking for something practical for a family event. And the hotel had a problem with the main street, something that seemed out of the hotel's control.
But it did hinder the activity a bit and it feels unsafe.
They could have warned us.
And another thing. The room we had is on level 1 on the side of an avenue. The window is poorly made, all the noise comes in.
We couldn't sleep well and that is a huge drawback for any hotel."

Lo malo fue que No pusieron agua diariamente (solo el primer día) y nos dijeron que el desayuno continental estaba incluido (única razón por la que lo consideramos) y en el checkout lo cobraron (120 por un cuernito, café y fruta)"

"La calificación la estoy otorgando al hotel que nos reubicaron porque no respetaron la reservación y nos enviaron a otro que no tiene buenas condiciones de infraestructura. La reserva tenía una habitación con 2 camas y la que me dieron en el cambio de hotel solo tenia 1 cama. El dueño dejó estacionada su camioneta sin llaves en la entrada el hotel, sin poderlo localizar, demorando nuestra salida por un tiempo de 40 minutos aprox. "
